Are there even any?

You mean gif. pictures of Naruto, right? Well, the easiest way to get them is just simply to get the pictures you want, it doesn't matter in what format those pictures are. And then just simply change the format of the pictures (for example .jpeg) to .gif format using for example Paint Shop Pro.
