That said, I believe she will have a bigger role. When they were learning how to walk up trees, Kakashi said they were each unique, Naruto had stamina, Sauske could learn moves easilly?? I forget, but Sakura could control her chakra the best. Plus, she didnt fall asleep like naruto when the sleep Genjustsu (feathers in 66/67) happened. So, I&#39;m sure she will realize she rocks, kick some ass, etc.

I agree, I didn&#39;t make this thread to bash her, I made it to encourage her... Sadly, some people, IMO don&#39;t have the right idea about the team. I never thought anyone would prefer one of Naruto&#39;s team over the other and then hate the rest. While I DO prefer Naruto, I still like Sasuke and Sakura.

How can someone hate her? well lets see:
She&#39;s useless. Her only saving grace is chakra control, but any decent ninja should have chakra control. She has no special jutsus what so ever. All she uses are basic stuff that lil academy ninja students are able to do.
She&#39;s annoying. I hate that &quot;Sasuke-kun&quot; scream. It seems that saying sasuke kun in different tones is her only specialty.
She&#39;s ungrateful. The ho decided to become Ino&#39;s enemy because she liked sasuke. The least thing she could do is be a lil grateful since Ino always stood for her when they were lil kids. Ino even protected her in the forest and risked her life. What she gets in return...nothing but being called ino-pig by that ho. I bet if Ino fought Sakura seriously in the prelim she would have totally destroyed Sakura, but Ino couldn&#39;t hurt the one who once was her childhood friend.
She&#39;s a hypocrite. Remember the episode in the forest when Oro fought sasuke and Naruto, she totally went against Sasuke and started calling him coward because he didn&#39;t want to fight when she herself didn&#39;t do shit.

U ask why I hate her? that&#39;s why.

The only cool thing about her is her inner self. Other than that she&#39;s plain annoying and boring. All the other girls own her big time.

It&#39;s true shes not the best but if it wasn&#39;t for her Naruto and Sasuke wouldn&#39;t be allowed in the Chunnin Exam, if I remember, Kakashi said it was a 3 man-team, so they needed Sakura. Though she isn&#39;t the best fighter, but if she learned more than the basic jutsu, she might be a great fighter since she has the &quot;great&quot; chakra controlling and shes smart enough how to trick an opponent with basic techniques, like Ino and Zaku, she is sometimes willing to give up things to be the best (because of Inner Sakura).

It seems to me the only reason Sakura is in this damn anime is for laughs, when she beats up Naruto, and to make up the 3rd of the 3 man team.

Lets see what has she done since ep. 3 when she was introduced. Fainted in Kakashi&#39;s test, cowered in fear when the mist chuunin&#39;s attacked in ep. 5, stood by and watched Naruto and Sasuke save Kakashi from Zabuza&#39;s water prison. Ok, ok, she was the 1st one up the tree, then got all tired out while Sasuke and Naruto were still going... You get the point. She&#39;s worthless&#33;&#33;&#33; in an anime where everyone fights, including the animals... she does absolutely nothing&#33;

Maybe I would like her a little more if she didn&#39;t ALWAYS say Sasuke-freakin&#39;- kun&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33; damn that&#39;s so annoying.

Sakura serves an important role in demonstrating just how unusually strong most of the genin in Naruto&#39;s year are. She&#39;s been shown to be smart (at least academically) and a reasonably hard worker, in our world she&#39;d be doing well; yet she&#39;s nowhere near most of the others in terms of ability.
She also has relatively normal concerns and priorities- most people are mocking her pursuit of Sasuke, but isn&#39;t that more normal for a person her age than the desire to kill their own brother or to become the most respected ninja in the community?

That said, it would be nice if she could construct her own unique jutsu or at least demonstrate more of the techniques that are available to ninjas of average ability.

Okay, let me spell it out for the morons who missed ALL THE F*CKING CLUES.

The reason Lee is starting to grow on Sakura is because they are much alike. Lee must work his @&#036;&#036; off to develop the skills to be a ninja. Sakura, who was so excellent in school, is suddenly learning the hard lesson of how unskilled she is in life. She has thus far experienced a series of epiphanies that is making her understand that she, too, must work her @&#036;&#036; off to develop the skills to be a good ninja, just like Lee. This is why she sympathizes with him so much at this point in the story.

Sakura is very bright, and she has a great deal of skills, although they are not strong. I foresee (and I haven&#39;t read the manga) that she will soon show how much of a true boon her intelligence is to those around her. I also foresee that she may be a breakthrough ninja, someone who developes her own Bloodline Limit. You have to think... where did those Limits originally develop from? Someone had to be the first in an old family to really bring it out. And I think Sakura will do that for her family. That is just a prophecy, however.
