Hayate look-alike?

Ok, Hayate (the coughing guy) is it just me or does one of those ninja's Gaara kills in 65 look ALOT like him? I seriously thought he had faked his death at that point or something. Anyone else agree?

I totally saw that....At first, i thought it was actually a mistake! But then once his mouth appeared, it was clearly different....but the hair, eyes and headband were the same.

I dont think they look alike, just because of the nose. Hayate has a bigger nose than that nin.

If you look in the audience during 65,66, and 67 you see a few lookalikes of different characters.

It sucks how Hayate died, I always liked that dude. Baki was impressed with him, because he mastered that sword style at such a young age.

It wasn't quite up to par with Baki's techniques, but it seems like Hayate was not at his best.

Yeah i agree, he did look a lot like that other guy. However i&#39;m kind of surprised that the story never explained what was wrong with him before he died. Normally with such an obvious action as coughing everywhere, and the characters thinking about if he was ok or not, you would expect some sort of explanation somewhere as to why he was coughing everywhere o_o

It is normal that he coughs. It is to differiantiate him from everyone else so that we care when he dies.

Hayate didn&#39;t have a bad cold. He had tuberculosis. Basically your body gets invaded by little icky things that make a little home in your lungs.

He didn&#39;t take his ionization pills or get his chest x-rays. He&#39;s gonna die. I guess all the medical field was adept at was moving Genins out of fights to get ready for the next battle.

Watch Kenshin. Okita, the badass shinsengumi leader kid had it. And the guy who played with fans from the OVA also had it. TB&#39;s a popular disease.

Baki just sped up his death. I heard it&#39;s a pretty nasty way to die. Blood and guts everywhere. Oh wait - getting killed by a sword is pretty bad too. Uhm.. n/m Baki was a bad man... a bad bad man.


And about the chick at that grave, no info there. Maybe she knows how Kakashi got his eye? Maybe she was his main squeeze? Now that Hayate&#39;s out of the way, he&#39;s gonna start making his moves on her? He&#39;s brushing up his rico-suave moves with &quot;Come Come Paradise&quot;. Why else would you read a dirty book, if you didn&#39;t plan on using those dirty ideas???
