now im on edu and i assumed perhapse they had blocked me, so i got a few other torrents and 80% of them worked.
I then tried setting the port range to the maximum of 1 - 65535
since my client optimizes automatically connecting to the most efficient port this would get
around any locallized blocks, and even the school cant block all ports or i wouldnt have made it to this page to let you read this http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/wink.gif
