Current downloading Daa!Daa!Daa Ep01~36,but it's very slow.....plz help

Im getting really erratic performance on downloading Daa Daa Daa. At the beginning it was plazing, like 300k/sec...then it was up and down between 120 and like...5k/sec...and as of a few hours ago, I get the Connection Refused message. Anything going on with the Gotwoot BT tracker?n I got 1-12...70% on 13-24, 90.1% on 25-36. Whats going on? ;_;

Update: Tracker working again, Im getting anywhere between 10k/sec and 50k/sec on my torrents =)
