Where do Subbers get NAruto from?

i heard they record it with a programm or sth like that .. whats the name of it?
or do they get it from persons in japan? or are they in japan?

People in Japan record the episode on their computer and upload it.

i know Minako-chan provides raws for ANBU, thou i have no idea how to rip stuff from tv in such high quality.

Raws have to gathered from a TV in other words someone in Japan would have to basically record it with something like myth TV.

But some fansubbers download the raw and fix everything, like quality, timing, subs etc..

RAW&#39;s themselves are just as downloaded as subbed versions.
theres many RAW sites such as sayaiman and l33t RAW&#39;s and sometimes you can tell thats where the subbers got theirs from by the same kind of things occuring in both the RAW and the subbed version (barely noticable video distortion).
RAWs are only available for about a week after a tv show has been aired then you basically can never get them again.

TV Tokyo hosts most anime and thats where the RAW&#39;s are recorded from

Do you know where the ANBU&amp;AONE raws are obtained from, they seem to be higher quality than alot of other subs, with one or two exceptions. So do they have a different source?

I think they have their own sources in Japan....their own ppl recording it I mean ;D
