Sharingan and the curse on Sasuke, somehow similar

If you look at the black (i'll just call them *commas* for now) *commas* in the Sharingan, isn't it the same sign as on the cursed seal Oro gave to Sasuke? Is it just a coincidence or is there a reason?

This has been a thread before and we came to the conclusion that its just a coincidence.
