It was announced quite some time ago that there would be a Naruto movie hitting theatres in Japan some time during 2004, however, nobody knew anything about it. We have just recieved word that the Naruto it&#39;s theatrical debut on August 21st, 2004. Little is still known about the plot of the movie, but we can tell you that it will be a full length, animated production featuring the voice talents that appear in the Naruto anime series.

It&#39;ll be done in the same way that the DBZ movies were done..... as in, a side plot that doesn&#39;t apply to the story of the actual series. Like the clover special.

Don&#39;t get too excited, it won&#39;t be THAT good.

As long as it doesn&#39;t suck as much as that crimson clover Naruto special im all for it. Btw the DBZ movies for the most part were good. The same can be said for the one piece movies and inuyasha basically any anime that turned into a full legnth movie was pretty good imho. So heres to hoping this one is just as good.

I don&#39;t know this, I&#39;m just speculating, but the way the anime follows the manga so closely, I really doubt they&#39;ll interrupt it with a movie. It&#39;ll be a seperate plot, I think.

Or, on the other hand, it could very well be a history of a major character, like how Kakashi got his sharingan, or something along those lines. Possibly something similar to DBZ&#39;s &quot;the history of trunks&quot;.

i hope it&#39;ll be like the Rourouni Kenshin first OVA, and it&#39;ll talk about the past events of what happened before the Naruto series began, maybe about the 4th and Kakashi...

but the title.. snow queen? it might involve a hidden village in a snowy place, and then have someone fall in love with some girl from that village, and then have her die to protect him in some bizzare tragical-like stupid plot...

anyway, i just hope they could keep it ninjalike, and not go into the &#39;the villan grows by 10 feet and loses all his IQ&quot; shit...

Actually, the more common movie methods in anime is more of a summery of the series.

I reckon it will just be the series, but shortened exceptionally to fit into the same amount of time as a movie. Basically, only the most important parts about Naruto the main character. Probably a brief summery of the first episode, followed by the Chunnin exams, followed by whatever comes after the Chunnin exams, and the final fights. Then a quick summery of the end.

I know more about that then you could ever know...But you have to run Telesync off the reel smarty...Japan is very strict and nobody cams movies over there because nothing there is worth camming..They can patiently wait for the DVD...They have plenty to keep them busy.. Japan isn&#39;t a place to really bootleg or get bootlegs..The best chance they got is going to the same sites any of us here would goto to get these films..

Playing Naruto 2..we(my friends and i) finally got the last character out..Sharingan no Sasuke.. other than that, smoking bud most of the time when I go out after a long day of reading or something resourceful...I um don&#39;t really come on this forum too much because I feel like there are too many speculations being made by people who read too much into things..And the constant polling and comparing of characters gets tedious.

I was telling Itachi that bringing a cam to the theater is not TS..TS is totally different, most rips claim to be TS but are CAM..And cam isn&#39;t really worth it if you want to see Naruto... I rather it be TS...But if you were in Japan, would u really need to be that impatient??? You probably got your Inuyasha from someone who cammed it in Hong Kong or something lol. Nobody in Japan is that impatient or ghetto. Theres a lot to keep a person busy..too busy

The title of the Naruto movie says something about a snow queen, which I think comes from a japanese folk tale. So I&#39;m pretty sure it will be a side story, not a recap of the series.

I think it will be like the Dragonball Z movies, i.e. some new villain is introduced, and Naruto and his friends beat hime/her. The End.

It could be good, as long as it doesn&#39;t contain too many inconsistencies with the series.

Oh, and the &#39;History of Trunks&#39; was a TV special, not a movie.
