video help

ok, this question has probably been asked some times before, but i sadly havent seen the answer to it so i will ask now. on naruto 64 the video stutters alot, i was wondering if anyone could tell me the cause of this and/or a solution to this problem. im guessing its either the player or the video thats messed up, i dont really know. any and all help is appreciated.
