weird o_O;
Is this even possible?! I'm downloading at 200KBps on a 1MBit connection? Should it be like only 128kbps?
Pretty damn good FTP server o___O;;
They should do this sort of thing more often aheh ^^''
Edit:
uh... i just tried to enter the FTP itself. Got this msg:
"Welcome dumb Narutard to AonE's FTP.
You may find new releases.
Depends on the mood http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/wink.gif"
What's with the "dumb Narutard"? lol.
Anyway, that's really cool. I wasn't expecting they would allow Anonymous entries or anything (and they didn't), but this is really cool. I would love an account to this FTP. How do i arrange one? ^^'

it is possible if the file would be transfered from several small packets at once. Downloadspeed together can override ur official max by 100% in that case.
(u also often see this happen at KaZaA, or even by downloading several things at the same time)

110? oh.. ok fair enough. My P2P app said when i set it to 1MB Connection, that my download and upload ratio would be at 128Kbps. But then i guess it could be due to the way it utilises my connection. Sorry i thought it would be 128 not 110 ^^'
But yeah, still pretty weird that it's going at 200 o_o;

Actually the quality is perfect for me, but the picture keeps jumping back and fourth like mad. As if frames were missing or something. I have a few other episodes that seem to do that too, must be using a new codec which none of us have yet.

Eh? I read, but all it did was confirm the fact that it's real. I know it's real already, and i'm trying to watch it, but my frames are screwed.
It isn't a case of a messed up file. It's just encoded with either a different codec none of us have yet (as some other AVI Files i have in a different series does this), or it's encoded badly for some... very strange... reason. Guess this is what you get if you don't wait for a weekly release basis? O_o

So what Codec does it use then? If it ran perfectly for ?igma, then it must be a codec issue. What version of Xvid or Divx or whatever codec, did Anbu decide to switch to? O_o;
and why did they decide to anyway ¬_¬

ANBU NARUTO EPISODE 64 CODEC SOLUTION!
Ok i figured it out.
Use your Xvid AviC (FourCC Changer), to change your version of Naruto from Xvid, to DivX. Then Play.
After changing it to DivX, it should play perfectly.

AviC is a program which you should of got with your version of Xvid. Execute the program, open the Naruto file with it. Then change both Xvids to DivX. Then click "Apply". Then close the program, and open the file and watch away. Should work =P
If you can't find the program, check inside your Xvid directory in C:\Program Files\Xvid
if you dont' have the program... make a search on the net for it o_O

*sometimes you must un-install old codec, reboot, then install the new one. If you already did that then im not sure.
The divX codecs i use are DivX 3.11 alpha and DivX 5.03. I also use Bsplayer
Xvid is uManiac's build

Actually, the quality has always been perfect. ^^
Because Anbu really know how to kick ass in both encoding and translation ^^
Anyway, a new codec won't make a difference if it isn't playing properly. The reason it works with some ppl is (i suspect at least), because they installed Xvid before they installed the upgraded version of DivX.
I think Xvid is taking over the files which have been encoded for DivX. This results in bad picture quality, or frame skips, etc etc. So, instead of re-installing codecs, re-downloading the episode, or whatever. At least try changing the codec that the file is used with first, before you consider those. It's a lot less hassle if it works out that way ^^'
Just try using the AviC program and switching it to DivX and see what happens eh?

i just finsihed downloading it (took like 20 min), it works fine for me and i didnt have to change the codecs or update (probably because i updated like a week ago so i could watch airmaster.
i skimmed through the episode just to see the quality and if it worked, i was blown away on how well drawn this episode was. and the next. i am kind of surprised on how sasuke looks because i dont rember such a change in the manga but who cares (i think sasuke is cool the badass role is filled by him) I love this anime, Naruto.

I see people are having probelms with naruto 64. My screen was also shaking uncontrollably. I suggest visiting http://www.doom9.org ('http://www.doom9.org'). Then go to the downloads section and download the codec pack (Gordian Knot codec pack). You don't have to install all 10 codecs or something like that, but install the ones you don't have. Naruto 64 now is as smooth as ever for me, so I suggest this site to everyone. Copy and paste the site.

i've got a codec pack thast has every codec used including xvid divx and 3vix, some of the eps after 55ish didn't work until i used it, some of the problems i had before i installed it was that the audio was just fine but the video made small repeated skips back and forth on the time line like it was shaking. when i get to my home pc, i will upload it to a site and post it, its worth having. i think the pack was called k-lite codec pack or something like that, i'll find out which one it is before you all go looking for it

OK, I've been through the entire thread looking for answers and I do have to confess that it was much like sticking an ice pick into my head, and not the normal kind of ice pick, the kind with the elaborate tips designed to increase your ice damaging abilities.
For future reference, on a naruto thread, how fast it takes you to download naruto, how much you wish you were downloading naruto right now (in lieu of posting to a message board on naruto I guess) and how quickly you might be able to download naruto should you ever decide to should maybe be saved for threads and forums on computer technology, quite frankly no one really needs or wants to know. And it just wastes valuable seconds of our lives when we our seeking out actual important or interesting information.
secondly train of thought, as interesting and important as the fact that naruto 65 has been pre empted for the new years holiday (and for the benefit of all you who are not so familiar with media and broadcasting policies and practices, it does in fact have nothing to do with the fact that there has been some minor changes to the stock saskue character design, it took that random Korean guy who had to draw him three million times about six seconds to get used to the changes. They don't pre empt episodes just because they want to draw longer hair... that would make no sense on account of the didn't even stumble when Oni and Sakura were ripping their hair out and throwing it all over the place... but maybe I'm just being mean now, I mean you can't expect everyone to be able to figure this out, that's why I'm here) it was completely unrelated to the three or four posts immediately preceding it and caused one or two folks to respond with confusion (the question that was asked seemed to indicate while this link did indicate the existence of naruto 64, it did little to respond to the issues with green spots, jumpiness, and other weird computer video things)
Anyways, the issue at hand is that the episode is clear whacked on on everything, it crashed my media player over thirty times (I stopped counting at a certain point) I probably would have just not watched the episode, but I mean come on, I'm posting to a message board on naruto... yup, lame ass fan boy... *sigh* I hate myself so much. Oh well, at least I get paid stupidly high ammounts of money for it.
So, v2 of episode 64 to be released? One that will work without having to put us through a mystic voyage of unscheduled, and likely pointless, codec upgrades? TOA? and so as you fansubbers know, no one is actually complaining about the translation, timing or actual episode quality (except for that one guy, but as all good marketers know, n=0) the ANBU-AOne team is the best and most consistent naruto subbing group out there, a corrupted file in the series was inevitable. So, this is not a complaint at all, I just would much rather download ANBU-Aone naruto 64v2 than go over to the competition (Real One player, bakasan? what were you thinking?)
So can one of you groovy admin guys let me know what the haps with this one is I'd appreciate it.
Additional note: If I cannae define any sort of response to this one as I know it is already a crowded thread, I will start a specific topic thread for the specific issue.

quit acting like a smartass. it DOESN'T WORK FOR EVERYONE. it increased the quality only to lead to more skipping.
codec pack from doom9 works great, solved my problem

oh and i dont think there will be another version of 64 by anbu -aone, it just is a simple codec problem. Som poeple proabbly didnt have th problem if they have had their codecs updated lately(like i did for airmaster episode 21)

Guess that's a matter of opinion. I prefer getting individual codecs rather than packs. The last time i got a codec pack i couldn't play MP3's for a month >_O;
but in this particular case, you don't need to get different versions or un-install or re-install of the codecs you already have. ¬_¬
