High schooler Minami Aoba has no strengths or aspirations and worries that she will graduate as a mere "villager A." In search of her uniqueness, she comes across a golf driving range and is approached by the part-timer and genius golfer Haruka Akane. That is Minami's first encounter with golf. Together with the Haruka and influencer Ayaka Hoshimi, the unremarkable Minami aims for the moment when she becomes a protagonist.

Episodes 1-3:

It's leaning mostly to the "cute girls doing cute things"-side atm, but I'm hopeful that the golf-part will pick up importance. It's not some hugely exciting anime, but somehow it was easy to watch.

Also Haruka might be the hottest anime girl of the season. Holy smokes, the artists knew what they did when they drew her body proportions.

Oi Tonbo ! was more golf oriented... as the story progressed.
But so far, SU is a pretty good depiction of a teenage girl discovering golf.
She totally sucks at it, but she's been hooked by someone. She meets old geezers and all kind of levels.
Maybe getting hooked by a very high level player is a tad too much, though it could be possible, but fairly true to the passion many golfers want to share.

Tonbo and SU are a lot more grounded and plausible than Rising Impact. That's a bonus for me as a golfer.

In the end, easy watch low budget anime that do not lift eyebrows or weapons like the remote off button hahaha
