"By 1874, seven years have passed since the end of the samurai era. Well put together, if not impressive in any way. War hardened samurai adjusted to civilian life gets dragged back into service after sort of foiling a political assassination attempt. Few superhuman elements, but at least a third faction acting makes me hopeful for some more intrigue. Worth a look.
