"Kashiwagi Asahi lives the typical life of an average high school student — until the day a TV fortune teller's predictions come true one after another, culminating in a series of risqué encounters! If I hadn't read otherwise, I would have sworn this was a visual novel adaptation. Apparently, this is an original work by Passione, and that holds promise in and of itself that maybe we get some subversive twist or the like, because the plot as presented is your typical harem schlock.
Still enjoyable, as a matter of 'the right person in the right place at the right time' principle. If you want to enjoy a dude bouncing around between various doki-doki scenarios with five girls (rather four girls and a girly guy) in quick succession... you could do worse.
