With lockdown back in many countries (like France, UK, Ireland for example) it seems some services/links are suffering from overload.
Like YouTube at peak hours.
It might be there are also some attacks going on, but we'll have to wait for concrete data on this if we ever get news about such attacks.

I thought Alphabet has just forgotten to pay its bills and Youtube's ISP started to limit its bandwidth.

Happens to me every so often too.
For example - 1-2 weeks ago or something for like 3 days.

Might be a routing problem or something, I love in Germany too.

Use forums.gotwoot.org from now on since it's under complich8's control if not mistaken. The .net one probably still belongs to the original owner Ciber, who I doubt pays any attention to anything in GotWoot other than paying the bills.

I'm on gotwoot.org and check at least daily usually. Nothing unusual here.
