I enjoyed it. The confrontations went different than I expected.

Seeing Erina Mano as Orihime was a lovely surprise. She is my favorite actress in all of Japan at the moment.

The guy playing Ishida nailed it I think.

I had expectations from Miyavi playing Byakuya. But it seems that role was way too hard to grasp.
It was a nice movie, effects from 10 years ago were fine, hollows were alright.
I wish we had better visuals for reiatsu though.
We did not get to see senbonsakura, too early in the story for that.
Some arc bending/scene mix, necessary to tell a story in the lilited time of a Movie.

The major deception comes from the OST. There's almost no music or bacground sound signature, when the anime was heavy on that (even too much at times). And I have to say that BGM was the reason I was hooked to the anime. I think that's where they missed the point the most.
