The anime seasons focus too much on Ryubi and Seito High, and based on this poster, it doesn't seem like this will be any different.

Hakufu is confirmed to be in the cast again, but she's probably a minor gag character again like she's been most of the seasons, instead of the ditzy monster of a fighter she's been in the manga.

Still going to be fun to watch. I agree, Hakufu needs more screen time.
