Hmm, I thought was going to be an arc about Naruto and Hinata. But it's apparently just a compilation of character's childhoods.

Still, most backstory Sakura's ever gotten.


I know they feel like they need to buy time for the Boruto manga to go somewhere they can actually animate, but I wish they'd just do Naruto Kai instead.

I want them to start over from the beginning and redo the series in HD without any padding or filler.

And by the time they get all the way through the series again, the Boruto manga will have been able to run for years.

This is so dumb. They spent an entire episode trying to get through a "checkpoint" that, from what I can tell, is just a 20 foot high wall that, as ninjas, they could just fucking JUMP OVER!

Well, that's it. The for REAL final episode of Naruto Shippuuden.

Was actually kind of a sweet finale, Naruto and Hinata's wedding.

Which, as a viewer, still seems weird, because they barely spent ANY time together during the series. I mean, they've never even been on a date before, and then they just skip right to this wedding. At least with the Boruto skip, there was enough time you could assume they spent a bunch of time together before getting married. But, even though this is some point after the end of the series, it doesn't feel like any real time has passed.

But, I digress. It's over now. The new Boruto series starts April 5th. So...look forward to that. Yeah...
