Why is Bellamy Luffy's friend? Is there nothing between enemy and friend for him?
It looks like they are taking it quite conservatively against Flamingo. That could be both good and bad, hard to judge. In any case Flamingo should be far more rested than those two who have been fighting to climb the mountain or getting shot and being shackled. So, they ought to be careful, but on the other hand they can't stretch it lest they run out of stamina. Too bad the animation studio can stretch it, though (like the stretched some faces in this episode).
