Apparently some people predicted the reveal of Gear 4th due to the fact that Gear 2nd was revealed on chapter 387, and this is chapter 783. Wtf?

Edit: Also, hard to believe that the last time Luffy added "gears" to his combat was halfway between now and the start of the series.

I wonder what this 4th one will be...some are predicting a "buff Luffy" with both increased speed and power.
