- That's not the best opening episode I've seen but it'll do.
- Koyama Rikiya really doesn't suit Klaus. This guy needs a deeper voice to go with that gorilla body. I'd rather go with Nakata Jouji.
- initial impression reminds me of Soul Eater

Despite my initial disappointment I'm starting to like this show. I don't love it, merely like it and will be watching it the day week it comes out. In trying to find something to compare this to, I strangely thought of GITS. There's no strict sense of continuation from one case/episode to another. We're in a dystopia full of weird powers and beings. We have a group of rag-tag, specialised guys upholding the balance and order of said dystopia, and they dabble in the underworld if they have to.

So far there isn't a storyline which you'd think is something you'd atleast establish in the first 3 episodes.
Yeah the kid has got God's Eye's or something and that's valuable but so far...I haven't seen anything else that relates to a bigger plot.

That's exactly the same feeling I got from GitS at the beginning.

Which GitS?

SAC, either 1 or 2. Probably more 1. The relevance of each episode's events don't usually get strung up until the end.

Well, I guess they finally introduced the main enemy in this one.

This has been too disorganized and disjointed to be able to really enjoy, as much as I want to delude myself into believing I am. Honestly don't care about anyone or anything going on so far. Whatever they're trying to pull, they're failing.

Most disappointing though was how the first episode promised that there, at the very least, would be some solid action and so far that's been a disappointment as well.

Oh well, hoping for the best going forward.

i cant bear the hero having his eyes closed PERMANENTLY. Itīs okay for a side character like Fuji in Prince of Tennis, but for the main protagonist ... it makes me wanna punch him in the face und pull his eye lids open by force. :/

Do you really want to see those blue eyes all the time? I'm all for showing them when they actaually matter.

The randomness in this show is great. It just feels like a messy, every day life show.

The very beginning of the show made me think of Baccano so much that I had to check whether the author was the same. The beginning had the explaining flashback, which Baccano was full of (although there haven't been any since), and the general atmosphere and execution were quite similar with the kind of exaggerated and goofy characters, who were still serious about what they were doing at the same time. Naturally the fact little made sense reinforced the similarity. However, like has been said already, the seemingly missing greater plot is a weakness, as interesting as the setting is.

I do like the developing relationship between the MC and White. I really hope White doesn't turn out to be an enemy who will be defeated and lost before the end. It's also nice Leo isn't as weak as it seemed, being able to take over other people's vision. It means he's not pure support among the strong fighters. His eyes being closed doesn't bother me due to the very plausible reason: He probably sees better even with his eyes closed than most people with their eyes open, and he sees too much with them open. So, anybody would keep their lids shut under such circumstances.

Yep, Baccano! and Durarara!! were the first animes that jumped at me from the get go... but I still felt that those two where more cohesive in their wackiness about the story and the story they wanted to tell, and in many ways you as the viewer were quite aware on some some if not most of the big picture story as it was developing, so in all everything was great with those two.

With this one, everything is too messy, not really caring much about what is going on at the moment in all honesty. I do admit that the latest episode had a great fun factor with the villain in love and the VA did an awesome job with her. But the series has a long way to go still.

What a stupid and useless episode. If this was any other show, I'd think this was a filler episode, but since we are talking about this show with no plot, I guess it was just a regular episode, just more pitiful than usual. It didn't even lead to fricking anywhere. I suppose later the amnesia thing might come back in some useful form, but I wouldn't bet even Bill's 80 dollars audio cable on that. If there was anything remotely interesting in this episode, it would be Leo getting slightly closer to White. Though with Black as shady as he is, I can't help but think, like I said before, that White is in fact an enemy and Leo is in for a broken heart. Oh, but I guess that would require an actual story, so who knows, after all.

I wonder how many times Leo needs to get beaten and kidnapped before he starts to take the city seriously and look after his own sorry ass.

Looks like White might be clean. Black is half-possessed by some demon. I reckon he made a contract with the explicit terms of leaving White out of it. Such a good brother. Though it's possible Black will be killed for good, at least now there's some hope White won't turn into an enemy Leo would need to defeat. That's jolly good news.

Zapp has an awesome master.

It turns out White and Black were both anime-original constructs. It's been too long though. I've lost my attachment.

I didn't like this ending, with White dead and Leo left alone. How can he even continue to be a hero after such a major demotivational blow? Even if he stays at Libra, he would become the kind of screwball the rest of the members are. But perhaps that would be for the best anyway. It would help him forget or at least deal with it.

Just hit the final episode, and it felt like work to get through. I watched 11 and 12 to try to get back in the story's groove before realizing I don't understand the story and the means by which it is presented in this show is just a bit too avant-garde.

Left me down and regretful that I watched it. For so much going on on the screen I cared surprisingly little about the proceedings. Do not recommend unless you want something very different for sake of it being different.
