I don't know...the eternal Tsukyomi enslaved seemingly the whole planet. And I think if Naruto threw those crazy new rasnshurikens toward the ground, they might penetrate to the earth's core.

Perfect susano'o was damn close when madara first exhibited it's potential. It cut a mountain effortlessly. Maybe with a little force he or Sasuke could do more

I agree we haven't got planet destroying potential yet. But then in DBZ we reaches probably reached that at Kaio Ken x 20 just before SSJ, given that Freiza could destroy a planet in his initial form yet was fighting Goku at 30% of his final form at that point on Namek.

Master roashi destroyed the moon, and he had a power level of about 150.
SOTSP created the moon, so that's about the upper limit of possible power in Naruto universe.
