Lucky sumbitch. I want to visit Japan again but the dollar-to-yen exchange rate is still bad, though improving.

Visit http://www.japan-guide.com/ for a lot of useful information. There's even a forum for setting up guides and meet-ups. I found some nice guides this way the first time I visited.
