The quality is great and the subtitles are decent. A little grammar errors here and there, but completely watchable. Can't tell on how accurate it is as I don't speak Japanese. The movie was overseen by the creator of One Piece himself, Eiichiro Oda, but it is not canon to the series at all.
I enjoyed seeing some new post time-skip characters that haven't been shown in the anime yet.
