the reason im posting this is to show how much will be covered in august. that is a lot of chapters.

Although I have never read the Naruto manga specifically, but generally speaking that's not unreasonably much. It would be a more normal pace for an anime if there were no worries of running out of material to animate. One chapter per episode of usually either stretching it a lot or having several minutes wasted on recaps and previews.

2 chapters an episode seems to be the sweet spot.

1 an episode usually leads to a lot of stalling for time, and 3 per episode feels rushed.
