Got it! (you're welcome) and I agree that they all seemed to enjoy gloating that, over the course of several years, they became vastly stronger than some dead guys they already beat as little kids. No successful trap launching could possibly make up for the shame of being beaten that badly.

I didn't end up watching this filler episode yet, but played the newly released Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 storyline instead. It's... actually not such a bad time to have fillers right now actually :p

Then it occurred to me this week, "You know, that thing shows up in this list, like, all the time. Are that many groups subbing it?"

Then I looked at it more closely and went, "Wait...there's a 50 after this. And if I scroll back, that number goes down...holy shit, this is a 50 episode series!"


Is it any good?No idea. I didn't like the shorts, so I had no interest in watching it.

the Naruto SD series is pretty funny if you like the humour style. I haven't watched all episodes, but once in a while I feel like watching it.

307, I really liked.

I kind of like the plot that's going on here. It would absolutely make sense for Kabuto to want samples from all the special ninjas that are actually dying, so he can just go ahead and animate them too. It's kind of cool that the Allied forces thought of a way to deal with it, and it's one neat little package to serve as a cool plot device.

Also cool to see "Coughing Proctor" and "ANBU Girl Who I thought was going to become important at some point but never did" again.

His fight with the sand guy was a lot more involved this time around than it was originally. I also thought I remembered Baku having some kind of vest made of sand or something, which is why the sword wouldn't cut through him.


That new opening though. Two things stand out. Lotta Kage screentime in it, and fist bumping the Kyuubi.

Yeah, that was a pretty decent 2 episode arc. Especially if you kind of liked those two characters back in the day.


Next episode seems like it's making reference to some filler arc or movie that I never watched, because I don't recognize any of those characters.

I watched episode 316 on a whim and I'm glad I did, because I enjoyed it.

It was pretty fun, and also explored an interesting aspect of Edo Tensei.

Plus it set up next weeks Shino episode, so I've got my fingers crossed that it will be decent!
