Let it be noted that this manga is an adaptation by Murata of ONE's webcomic-format chapters, of which there are like ~90. Murata has done a bang-up job of taking the nonexistent art and action in the original series and sexing it up something fierce. Also it's great. Not only is it a very funny send-up of superhero and shounen comics but it's absolutely stunning to look at, and the very serious art and scripts just make the gags funnier.

The fact that it was already pretty popular when it looked like this...

...should tell you something about the quality of the content. Now imagine that same content coupled with some of the best art you'll ever have the pleasure of beholding.

Here is the original comic (http://galaxyheavyblow.web.fc2.com/) if anyone's interested

This is one of best mangas i've read - funny, interesting, with GOD-level art and humour. Battles are dynamic, fluid, easy to follow and great.
Sadly chapters are getting released pretty slowly :(

Same here Ark, same here. Anime of this with proper budged would be godlike... but we won't be seeing one for at least 2 years if the content generation speed stays the same.

Well the content is already out there... it's not like they have to wait for Murata to catch up to the comic to start animating it.

I don't think it would ever be able to replicate the visual deliciousness of the manga though.

FYI, my sources tell me the next chapter has around 50 pages and they're all colorized.

46 pages as far as I can tell. And yes it is full colored. And amazing as always.

Wow. Until I read it here, I didn't notice that it was colored at all... Great art, nonetheless.

Chapter 27 (http://www.mangatraders.com/download/file/151631)

Why is Saitama so perfect?

30's out. The pacing and art are so spot on, I catch myself making stupid sound effects during the fights... I feel like a kid again, in a good way.

I thank you all.

This manga is glorious and I'm not even a manga fan.

Thank you, so very much.

I like how other Hero's are given a turn to fight before getting their asses handed to them. Because we all know Saitama is just gonna instagib them.

Chapter 24 (http://www.batoto.net/read/_/170935/onepunch-man_ch24_by_boon-scanlation/1)

Bit of a shame where they ended the chapter but it was still pretty good. I just wonder if Merfag will last long enough against Sonic for Saitama to show up and how the world Class S is for pussies.

Holy shiznit this manga is AMAZING. Like, this is worth going through all the bad shounen tripe. The bad shounen tripe just makes this manga BETTER.

Saitama is pretty much a singularity. And nothing can even pretend to stand in his shadow.

Someone out there's scanslating the original webcomic (http://www.mediafire.com/folder/hbiw3zjw3537f/OPM) starting after the Sea King arc.

They're up to chapter 45 as of this post.

Any of you guys still reading this?

Since the anime came out, and all the DMCA notifications, I had a tough time finding scanlations for it.

Anyways, found a place to read them here:

MangaStream also seems like it's doing it, just released a chapter recently.

This latest portion has been a bit boring though, the Saitama quotient has been low. Hopefully remedied soon.

So, no one here reading this?

This last arc has been boring as hell for me. Previous chapter was decent though, but this latest one was really good I thought. We get more into Saitama's psychology, and the ending was quite cool.

i like the current arc, despite not seeing any amazing saitama vs monster fights.
it's cool world builidng for the hero vs monster associations, and that's simply not a storyline he has much stakes in...

I like the idea more than the execution, it's been incredibly long setup.

I agree but the payoff was great, that scene with Gouketsu's head flying through the air was fantastic, plus I read the last ten chapters all at once. A little less saitama is not a bad thing, I had completely forgotten how he must seem to other people. The dynamics within the hero association are always interesting and we rarely get to see them, would be a nice change if he asserted himself more in that area.
