yup even though I called it, I'm genuinely surprised as it's one of the few things in this manga that was so predictable

Don Flamingo can fly?! We still dont know what his fruit power is. If its truly puppetry/manipulation, then how can he fly?

Maybe his ability is he can create microscopic strings to manipulate or slice things. In which case he could be gliding through the air spiderman style.

It does kind of look similar to Spider-man's web slinging...but he is not near anything at all. I am super curious about his ability now.

One thing about DF is that he doesn't seem like a monster though. Don't get me wrong he has his hands in slave trade, drugs, and Dfruit sales amongst other black market deals but he's a pirate. He seems to generate a shoenen heart effect from his crew though....vergo, Monet and the others generally like him and aren't just afraid of him. He's like at a point where he needs to generate fear to maintain respect. Like how Liffey might be realistically as a pirate. Luffy is like the kid version of what don flamingo might have been. They both seem like clowns who can get serious from time to time. Except one is older with more experience as a pirate. DF's perspective seems like an adult view of piracy instead of a kid's story time adventure like Luffy

His ability is obviously manipulating/puppeteering/something of that effect, is it hard to imagine he's pulling himself to the air?
