New powers were cool. Sanji seems like he might have learned the Moon Step.

I don't really understand Luffy's new power. From the name, it would seem like he used Armament Haki to harden his skin, but I don't know why that would make his arm change color.

What saddens me is Usopp, when he 1st time showed up after time skip in the bar with Nami he said that does not belong to the "weak" group anymore (means he is now with monster trio or smth) and his muscular body made me say: wow, cool!. I was eager to see him in action, but so far it seems that he haven't changed... he is still scaredy cat, even though he looks bad ass, and he still uses some sort of Slingshot which is definetly no match for Yasopp's musket or Van Augur's epic rifle, considering that Usopp is still sniper.

Lol, Caribou is such a comic-relief character. Which is weird, because if he wasn't an idiot, he could probably cause some real damage.

I'm interested to see what will happen when he faces off against another person, instead of giant sea monsters underwater where his weapon probably doesn't even work.

Which I think may be most of the crew's problem. I think they're all much more badass, but there's not a lot most of them can do while the ship is underwater.

I don't think his slingshot is inferior at all. In fact it might just be superior. He rarely shoots regular bullets with it but when he does it usually proves to have the same power and speed. And Usopp use many different types of "bullets". The slingshot allows him to chose exactly what to fire whenever he wants. It also allows him to chose the power at which to shoot something. He could fire it with power to mimic a rifle, but he could also use less power in case he needs to lob something over some sort of cover. Something that isn't possible with a gun/rifle. I like the slingshot. It gives him a unique weapon and it suits his type of shots (veins, flames in the shape of a bird, tabasco and fireworks/flash shots).

And i think it would be wrong to change his personality. He was the type that screams when faced with danger. Nami, Usopp and Chopper all where. That doesn't mean he will be that way when faced with a real enemy. Before he had to be like that in a fight because he was weaker then every single enemy he has faced so far. So his tactic had to be to run around taking cheap shots and throwing traps and stuff. if they changed him even when it wasn't serious then he wouldn't be the lovable Usopp we know today.

Yeah, I'd say once he added dials to his slingshot, it ceased to be weaker than a gun.
