Apparently, the second half of that lame crossover special was episode 492. Hence the number skippage. Oh, incase anyone was wondering, yibis won't be doing said special.

I normally hate it when openings have spoilers in them, but I was really hoping for SOMETHING interesting in the new opening. Not a thing though.

Actually liked the opening. Think it was a good follow-up to the last one and bits the tone of this little arc perfectly.

The entire special was an hour long broadcast. It started in Toriko's time slot and finished up in One Piece's. For some reason, they list it as episode 492 and not something separate.

492. The Strongest Tag-Team! Luffy and Toriko's Hard Struggle! "Saikyō Taggu! Funtō, Rufi to Toriko!" (最強タッグ! 奮闘、ルフィとトリコ!)

Funimation picked up Toriko, by the way.
