Koe De Oshigoto is a story about Aoyagi Kanna, a 16 year-old girl who was asked to become an eroge seiyu on her 16th birthday by her 28 year-old sister. She disagreed at first, but after she thought about all of the things her sister did for her when she was growing up she finally agreed. But being a high school student and knowing nothing about eroge can she do the job properly?

So is this anything like Rec? synopsis doesn't mention any romance, and it seems more like an ecchi/comedy. But I'm kinda interested cause I really liked Rec, and that's also about voice actors :\

Plus I enjoy meta-anime of most sorts, so an anime about voice actors working on anime should be fun.

It's nice to imagine a high schooler could actually be that shy in this day and age. It made good comedy.

The dude needed to be a real pro to stay so stoic while Kanna was passionately sucking his finger.

I even liked the sound technician because his was the only job I could actually see myself doing in a place like that.
