I think I saw several scenes from Naruto there (mostly the fist catching), and the weird nose design is... well, bad.

the characters look worse than the ones in Naruto.
the biggest complaint is the plot. prodigies vs hard workers again. and as usual it turns out to be a no-fight.


nitpicking. Fatso atom could see the vanishing ball drop, but apparently his eyesight is bad? sure, if it was really bad, he would have noticed it, but it's still annoying to see.

This one-shot was surprisingly good. Some of the concepts were a bit lame, but overall it was a good Shounen I wouldn't mind see serialized. Its tons better than Kishimoto's one shot at least.

Maybe I should read Gintama...
