Anyway, the main reason that I registered again is to get some help. I'd just like to know what character is depicted in this image and from what anime.

Code Geass, but since the art is a little more refined, it's more likely from another medium than anime.

I can't help much, or just say the art/colors remind me of "5 cms per second" so it could be the same studio or people from the same team.

Regarding the characters, their outfits/style reminds me of DaCapo. So it's either that universe or studio/people from similar teams/projects.
