Wasn't too impressed with the execution of the episode, the acting felt kind of weird, actually... or maybe the jokes just played out better in the manga.

Still a good episode, though

I wasn't too thrilled with the voice casting either but i never liked Magellan's character anyway

So i guess the new movie will be officially canon? I mean the plot was completely written by Oda and now they even added him to the anime itself.

Yeah they didn't have like the usual over-the-top Luffy reactions when he is amazed. That was pretty weird.

It's going to be 4 weeks of specials leading up to the Strong World movie. No more Impel Down until mid December.

Yeah, I imagined him sounding more like Blueno or Crocodile. Then again, that's how I imagined Kuma sounding.

I like that the Marines thought Kuma "took care of" the Straw Hats, twice. Suckers.

If they're going to introduce that Shiki the Golden Lion guy, they could have made the filler about his escape 20 years ago... Actually, I guess the movie is going to be about that. He was mentioned in the manga too.

They're doing alot of that lately. Offhandedly mentioning big pirates from the previous generation like Fisher Tiger.
