I'm disappointed that Buggy is apparently so much weaker than Luffy. I mean, I know he always sucked, but I kind of hoped being on the Grand Line would have made him suck less.

Mr. 3 is probably on level 2 for no other reason than he's a Devil's Fruit user.

They already said Crocodile is on level 5, so the guys on level 3 and 4 are gonna be weaker than Croc, but stronger than Mr. 3.

The bracelet is interesting. Oda and his little plot points popping up out of nowhere.

Speaking of which, the thing that interested me the most in the episode was Floor ?. I wonder if its going to get revealed whats down there this arc, or if it's going to end up being like that thing in the mist in the Florian Triangle where it's like, "Uh oh! Something ominous is down there! But we're not going to get into it now. It'll be important later.

Buggy used to be an apprentice on Roger's ship, along with Shanks like 20 years ago. While Shanks becomes one of the four yonkou, Buggy ends up defeated by the strawhats back when there were only 3 of them, and none of them even had bounties. Buggy never cared about being strong, he just wanted to be rich. He didn't even want a devils fruit power.
