This series is basically about a bunch of art class students going about their daily lives. Sounds boring? That cannot be farther from the truth. This show has incredibly funny and likable characters, and viewers who know a bit about art should also enjoy the situations they get into. This is a bit like Hidamari Sketch, or to those who are not familiar with that, Lucky Star (only with art as a main theme instead of otaku and moe).
If I had seen this a bit earlier, it would have probably gotten a place in my top 3 anime last season.

My favorite characters are Miyabi (Kyoju/professor) and Tomokane. While Miyabi is a certain pick for me because of her looks and extreme eccentricity, I am pleasantly surprised that I am actually able to like the sporty and loud Tomokane. The way she says "Kusou~" sold her for me.
EDIT: Let me add the very good voice cast as one of this shows good points.

Miyuki Sawashiro (Canaan, Drei, you will be surprised how well she performed this role) as Tomokane
