Just watched the movie and it was alright. It wasn't scary, but it will definitely freak you out for a few days. :p

I guess I went into this with a little too much hype. That or I'm extremely desensitized. Everyone was telling me how ohhh so scary this movie was, and when I finally watched it, it was a huge, huge let down; especially with the way the advertised it. They were pretty much guaranteeing I'd be screaming or at least jumping in my seat, which I didn't. I'm not much of a jumper.

Well, I can admit, if you are the type to get scared from ghost stories, this movie would most likely scare you. I guess I'm just not one of those people.

I saw this a few weeks ago but never noticed this thread.

Yeah, it was a pretty awful movie. The acting was absolutely terrible. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to hate that girl as much as I did, but she was literally the most annoying person I've seen in a long time. Their whole relationship felt false, like they were just little kids acting like how they thought a boyfriend and girlfriend should act.

Almost every single scary scene is in the trailers, so nothing made made me jump or freaked me out. I scare easily, but this was just ridiculously silly.

OOoooOOOooo, I'm a spooky demon!!! Look at me, I can blow on your hair! *puff puff* woooooo~ *puff puff*

The audience was also pretty terrible. Bunch of teenagers in the back row who would not shut up or stop laughing. What a waste of money.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought this movie sucked. I should have known, though, when they show you the audience rather than the movie itself it means something isn't right.

I actually read on another forum that all the people in the commercials were actors. Not surprising.

Whoever made it is a downright genius though. They knew it'd been about a decade since Blair Witch came out, so they made an incredibly low budget flick (I heard it was like, 15k altogether) with the same sort of premise (this is a home movie, its 4 reals)... but, in addition to that, they used the internet to their advantage (petition to see this movie!!). Overall, GENIUS. I envy them and they're probably rolling in their money laughing their asses off.

Only things worth while were the chick's titties. My god, they were excellent, and I spent most of the movie staring at them while she got increasingly annoying.

As for my favorite horror movie, it's a foreign flick called Martyrs. It's got very little supernatural elements (which I rarely find scary - since I don't believe in it) and it's in French, so I can't tell if the acting is bad or not. Watch it, it's amazing.

I think they actually got bigger as the movie progressed.

But seriously, the acting was porno-quality bad. That first morning after they found their keys on the floor was embarrassing:

Girl: Oh! My keysareonthefloor
Guy: What?
Girl: My keys...are on the floor. Didyouputmykeysonthefloor??
*vacant stare*
Guy: No
Girl: *vacant stare* Well how did they get on the floor?
*vacant stare* *holding back giggles*
