I'm trying to remember some anime from my childhood:

- First there was one about a boxer. I remember he wanted to be the champ and killed some guy in the arena and couldn't hit anyone in the head because of it for a while

- The other one was about 3 guys who travelled from the future to stop some event.
I think they were staying in the home of a chick they first met in the present.
The main guys was able to transform into some sort of mecha/bio weapon.
I think his friends could transform too but they were only lvl 1 and he was lvl 3 or something like that

Anyone care to help me with this one?

First one is Ashita no Joe (Tomorrow's Joe).

EDIT:

Didn't take long after all. What you describe sounds exactly like Generator Gawl.

You can check the anidb entries I posted for a full list of subbers for every series, but I don't think anyone ever finished subbing Ashita no Joe.

As for Generator Gawl, get a4e or Blitz subs. They both do a good job on a lot of older series...and look at that:
[a4e]Generator Gawl 1-12 (http://www.mininova.org/get/1653882).
Seeding isn't that great, but that is pretty good for a series that aired in the late 90s which isn't an anime icon like NGE, Bebop, or Trigun.

I got Gawl on DVD, was only 15 euro for all 12 eps when I bought it back in 2007.
