I've also read there there have been 4 drama CDs released, i would like to know where i can get those as well.

you won't get it for download... since it's not a manga but a light novel

that is, if you are really talking about Fate/Zero (prequel) and not the Fate/Stay Night manga which is about the UBW scenario of the game.
