Its a question thats been bugging me for a while but i dunno if its been answered or mentioned b4 but besides jiraya who else knows that naruto's dad is the fourth? apparantly even he doesnt know it the Third might of and maybe the elders of the village but other than that who else knows? would he'd been treated differently if ppl knew he was the son of the fourth? The chapters where jiraya meet his demise we saw were they got naruto's name from and also was the book jiraya mentioned ever written down and published or was it just illusions from a dying man? and what would happen to narutos develop[ment if he does find out he is the son of the fourth? just some questions that have been buggin me for a while answer if you guys can plz

The first symbol is "yon" which means 4 and the fourth symbol is fire which I believe is "ho".
chances are it says yondaime hokage. I could be wrong, im only in japanese 1 but i recognize those 2 symbols
