If Pain is really weaker than Madara. And Pain himself is decimating Konoha by himself.
What's with the business of trying to get all the Tailed Beasts? Why don't Madara just go and conquer the villages by himself?
I think the Kishi might have made a mistake making Pain so powerful, it makes their collecting mission seems pointless.
