Shippuuden 71 was the last filler ep. Start watching from 72.

I'm trusting you don't mean the entire long filler arc. Naruto Shippuuden is the new start after the fillers, also the new start of the Naruto universe with a 3 year period between the last original Naruto episode

Yeah, I was thrown off by the "haven't watched Naruto for a long time" part too.

These cutoffs are pretty close:

Naruto 1-138 = manga
Naruto 139-220=Filler

Shippuuden 1-56=Manga
Shiippuuden 57-71=Filler.
