Cropping Video

Kind of a weird question but does anyone know of a software that can do this? Kind of like how photoshop does it only with video.

VirtualDub.

It's missing a few things here and there, but it's free software under a GNU public license, so you get what you pay for. Fansubbers and the AMV community use(d) it for years.

[Board of Command]

Look up avisynth. It has a crop command that I've used before and it works perfectly. In fact, the command is

Crop(left,top,right,bottom)

where the arguments are the pixels you want to crop off.
