Some Sort of Music Media Thingy

Is there like some sort of program I can use almost like making anime music videos, im not good at explaining but heres an example of what I want to do. Lets say I want to get all of Megadeth or Trivium's bad ass solos and like put them in one cd, instead of listening to the whole song. Thats basically what I want to do, an easy program to use if not, just give me suggestions.

If you're just interested in the audio side, Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) is probably the way to go.

If you're new at these kind of things just use Windows Movie Maker. If you have windows it must be installed in your computer already
