Trying to find GitS 2nd season OP

So here's the deal. I'm sitting my ass in Iraq thinking to myself, "Man, Rise by Yoko Kanno is a bitchin sweet song. I wish I had the full version." So I went to Google and started searching. I find plenty of torrent sites, no problem. However, I cannot download torrents. The camp I'm on has a base-wide internet connection that bans the use of any P2P program, torrents included.

So anywho, does anyone here know a site I can pull the song from as a direct download?

Season 1 Eps 24 at 12.50
