TV: Crash

Hopefully you're aware that Crash is the film that won best picture at the 2004 Oscars, as well as 2 more awards. Now it seems that Starz (the movie channel) has decided to take it one step further. They're producing a 13-episode, 1-hour series that starts production in the Spring as their first original drama.

Hopefully it'll be good.

I read about it a couple of days ago... I've never been interested in watching the movie, though I've heard many good things. But from reading the article, many of the people responsible for the movie will be working on this project, so I don't think it'll turn out bad. It's nice to see another premium channel starting to do an original drama series, usually the ones done in these types of channels are high budget and turn out to be fantastic.
