Trailer looks good. Too bad I don't use irc, so I'll wait for the torrent.

That was pretty interesting and gorey. Too bad the raw or something was such LQ, it was pretty blurry.

As Animus said the raw they used wasn't good the episode was blurry from start to finish.

It was alright very violent and gory but really not enough for it to be 1/3rd of the series. Assuming this is a 3 part OVA like the links say I would expect more then we got plot wise. I'll likely watch the rest of this even with the 2 month wait between episodes and only getting 3 of them. Given this was released I guess on 11/25 and the next one comes out 1/27 so it may or may not be that long of a overall wait.

Just realized what it looked like when he was getting equipped, and that's Ironman >_>

Magic rune covered Ironman with a pez dispenser ammo chest and a big gun

Eh its been decently bloody so I guess I might as well watch the next part.

And interesting little series. When I tried to picture in my mind how describe it I thought it was short but thick. Like it was more than it's meager length measured. Material that could have supported a longer series but worked really well for a three episodes OVA as well, even if some elements like the terrorist/criminal gang side of the story was somewhat abruptly cut. Considering the length it did good work telling as much as it did yet creating a decently strong atmosphere at the same time. All the character relationships were left underdeveloped in my opinion but I reckon that can't be helped due to the limited time available.

I can't think of anything concretely bad to say about this serries.

Kraco, I don't think we watched the same thing.

it was retarded.
fine graphics, gory fights and all, but still retarded.

did anyone get the story about the terrorists? I sure as hell didn't, other than that they use monsters (demons, melvonents, thoothpicks) to do some wreckage and then shoot them down before someone important dies and the government is forced to do something.

then the manly woman (girly man) comes in, says something about Ray (also, did they have to say the entire name each time? they're japanese people saying english names, it's horrible) that's supposed to explain why he's such an ass.

bad plot, action isn't something we haven't seen before (note; don't put two gray robots at the same scene if the watchers can't tell them apart), and it's not even extreme enough to make it funny (Devilman: Amon of the apoclaypse, apocalypse zero)

I actually thought the mini-series was pretty good. Thanks to Kraco for bringing the thread back to the front page. I agree that the characters were a little under developed but the two tactical magi were fleshed out well enough. Their own reasons for taking a job killing the very things they could ultimately become was explained pretty clearly.

I actually wished they made some figures of the strait jackets... it's one of the few I would seriously consider buying.

@DBZ
The small time local terrorists (mostly seen in the eps) were government sponsored to keep the black dog squad in a job and looking good in the public eye. Easier to respond quickly when you know when and where the demon will pop up. This seem contrasted to the more organized and politically motivated ottomans that were mentioned but never really shown.

lol yeah.
If they sold straight jacket pez dispensers that would be awesome.
