A question for NES fans

I wanna know the title of a certain game I borrowed from a friend about 10 years ago. It was a game I played on my Famicom, it was a single player, side-scrolling type game, the character had a blue armor, wears shades and looked like robocop or guyver without their helmet or mask. He shoots projectiles that looked like semi sonic-booms at a limited range and extends the more power ups you get, and his body armor glows at the same time. He can cling to platforms and move while clinging. He can do a combo when holding the down button while pressing repeatedly the attack button. I'm not sure but I think this game was by Capcom. Really appreciate if anyone can tell me the title, I just missed playing with classic games that I finished and wanted to play them again. :D

Thanks :) but it isn't, he doesn't have a weapon. He uses his fist to shoot the projectiles. His armor covers all of his body including his arms except his head.

I asked around (being the kind soul I am), and it's either Power Blade or Street Fighter 2010, probably the latter.
