I like the new OP, a thousand times better than Crazy Rainbow Star.

Oh well, too bad it's the start of a filler arc. It might be a long one from the looks of it.

Between the next arc not being finished yet in the manga and a kid showing up as a potentially major character in this arc....
...yeah...there'll be fillers for a while...

I just want to see more of the thousand sunny.

I knew soon as I saw that damn kid it was gonna be filler...


But oh well. The best part of this episode was the opening. They showed off so much stuff on Sunny in the opening. The cannon in the figurehead. The "garage" in the side for Nami's Waver. They also showed a bunch of shadowy characters but I can't tell yet if those are filler characters or from the next real arc.

Also, Afro-skeleton? I dunno if that guys filler, but either way, I'm onboard. If there's one pirate cliche thats been missing from One Piece so far it's ghost pirates!

I believe it was the anime news network that stated this would be a 14 episodes worth of filler though I'm not sure if it will be a single filler or several mini-arcs.
