I've been trying to convert mkv files to MPEG-2 DVDs using the program AVI2DVD and the video and sound work just fine. The only problem is that I have to separately demux the subtitles and add them in. After demuxing with MKVextractGUI, the resulting subtitles are of really poor quality. Boxy and low resolution would be the best way to describe it. Just wondering if anyone has been successful at these sort of tasks?
