Reseed on FF7 TLO

Can I get a seed on this torrent?
[AonE] Final Fantasy VII Last Order [H264 AC3][6B81916D].avi on the gotwoot tracker? I know it says there is a seed but either thats wrong or I can't connect to him or something but it doesnt show on my client and Im stuck at 99.9% =/
I appreciate any help
